grinning filler

grinning filler

whislt using emulsions such as silk,sheen and kitchen & bathroom paint, no matter what i spot the filler with it always grins through. i have tried sealers,undercoat,clear varnish even stabiliser but to no avail, any ideas?

polycell produce a great undercoat called Basecoat.

I have used this extensively and foudn it to provide a superior finish in preparation for overpainting. polycell
