Hi there
We have removed an old shower and are left with a light pull that operates a light and an extractor fan. We would like to keep the light but disconnect the fan. Has anyone any idea how can this be done? It has a fused switch but I can\\\'t see where the wire splits. |

You must disconnect it so there are no live cables left hidden in walls etc where the unsuspecting person may hit them. Impossible to answer your q without knowing how it is wired.
Possibly you can disconnect it at the fused switch but you must be sure that this will de-energise all of the wiring to the fan.
