hi ive dont alot of plastering and some small rendering internaly i want to render outside of my project it has plugs from cavity wall insulation 2 courses up from dpc can i cover these or do i stop above also lead flashing to extension follows brick in a steped fashion do i remove and render to slope of tiles then re flash, thanx

use a render stop bead to form a neat edge to which to plaster to.

this can be fixed horizontally at damp course and run diagonally with the slope of the roof at the stepped flashing abutment.
