We have a mixer tap in the kitchen and the hot water has just stopped coming through. It was working and then it wasn't. Not even a drip. All the other taps in the flat are fine. Any ideas?

Faulty tap. Try take it apart as if to rewasher and maybe you will find a bit has dropped off the assembly inside.

If you think you can put it back together successfully, fit a new washer too.

Or just buy a new tap.

is the mixer tap a 1/4 turn type, if so it will probably be of a cartridge type, they are unfortunatly all different, you will need to know make & model of tap, or if you know the make, a picture can be forwarded to the manufacture for recognition, if you are unsure you may have to change the tap completly icon_cry.gif
