I have recently purchased a 3 bar power shower, which i share 2 showers between 2 bathrooms. The problem is that if i turn a hot tap in the house, the shower pump either switches on ,or it pulsates on/off repeatidly.the only way to stop this is to switch the pump off from the mains. Can anybody tell me what is causing this and more importantly does anyone know how to solve it

Does the pump have its own dedicated hot and cold water supplies? It should.

I had the same problem despite a dedicated hot water supply.
