valiant pressure on 3.0

please help
pressure on my combi boiler should be 1.5 but its on 3.0 .
i have to open tap fully for a along time only then hot water starts to come out any solutions to this problem

The filling loop is letting by.

The expansion vessel is knackered.

The divertor/diaphragm/water valve is worn.

Just to start you off.

More concise information would be useful

Could also be plate heat exchanger passing
