two two way swithes and two lights

I was trying to replace lights and removed the old one without realising what was connected where. The first one only had one group of three wires RED BLACK and EARTH. The second one had four group of three wires. One first two group of wires two earths are merged together two reds are merged together and two blacks are merged together. The reds are live. On the other two group of wires earths are merged together one black is free and red is merged with black of other and the other red is free.

I know it sounds complicated but can anyone help. Please..........
