Zanussi Washer Dryer not running full cycles

My Zanussi zwd1680w washer dryer does not run a full cycle. When you set it off the machine runs fills with water as it runs the first 3 minutes and then skips to the last 3 minutes. Running the spin and drain cycle appear to work, it's just the rinse cycle that fails. Any ideas???
