Some of the most recent pointing out the back looks to be grey in colour.
So this is likely to be cement?
But it should be lime, right?
What implicaitions does this have for the building; if untreated will it cause serious deffects in years to come?
How concerned should I be? I like the flat but if its going to cost ££s then perhaps I should pass.
