We have recentley installed cooling in our club beer cellar. The beer is now nice and cool but the problem is with the adjacent room. The wall next to the beer cellar is now streaming with condensation. Any ideas please.

Not an ideal solution, but a way to collect the condensation, in the UK they sell Condensation collectors, it's a pot the size of a paint bucket with a little dome on top containing some sort of powder, this attracts all the moisture and the water collects in the pot, which can then be emptied. Not an ideal solution but cheap and cheerful. Other than that some sort of electric dehumdifier.
To stop it completely, I think, would require more ventilation.

In addition to more ventilation in the adjacent room, try increasing the insulation on the walls of the cold room. This will also reduce the cost of running the refrigeration equipment.

One sure way to cure your problem would be to line the whole of the adjacent wall on the cold side with loft insulation or polystyrene you could finish it off with plaster-board. Even the polystyrene you buy on the roll which is about 1/8in thick, stuck to the cold room wall would do the trick.
