Why did you change them, and how did you test them to see if they where faulty need more info

It was showing original fault as f4 which is a flow probe fault these have been changed but fault returns after a few hours the right hand thermister seems to b the problem but must be something else making this thermister fail

Insufficient bypass! Or flow through boiler
There is a spring bypass in the boiler that will open to divert some heat through plate hex, if however there is no bypass on system of not enough flow then the water goes through the plate too much causing the return temp to be higher than flow.
Also if too much heat in the main hex the "no flow" thermistor reading will be over 10 degrees more than the flow causing a "no flow " lockout too. As you are saying it's doing it after a couple of hours each time then that sounds like the problem.
Why not get ideal out as under warranty?

Thx for the info so what's the next step now and is it an easy fix?? Warranty is up only had twelve months was not a plus model

24 months I think on normal logic five years on plus. I would be taking flow and return temperatures. On a side note is the heating left on just now with the rads turned down? As I've seen that a lot just now as people do t like messing with clock. If so turn it to summer setting

Brian, please listen to the advice that you are being given.

Do you have an auto bypass valve?

If not then why not?

Who installed the boiler and what do they say about this problem?

Tony
