Hi,

I recently had a Vent Axia Lo-Carbon Pozidry unit installed in my loft to help with condensation and extraction problems. So far I have been very happy with the system. However on getting into the loft today there is no noise coming from the system and the red led light panel is blank (there is normally a red ticker line moving in a figure of:cool:.
Any other time I have been into the loft there has always been a mild humming from the machine and the led panel lit. I was wondering if the unit automatically switches itself off depending on conditions or if I should contact the installers tomorrow?
I thought this unit stayed on constantly so I am just wondered there might be a fault somewhere.
Thanks in advance.

Have read the instructions but its unclear whether there remains an indicator light or not!! I can see from the instructions that the unit automatically adjusts fan speed and heat but I was hoping someone who works with the units or has one installed might be able to provide some info.

Are these the right instructions? If so, whilst I agree that it is unclear what the lights should be doing, it does seems clear than, when the unit is operating normally, that 'rotating segment display', and also an 'hours elapsed' counter should be visible. If not, one suspects that the unit has either broken or is not getting power. I don't suppose someone has accidentally switched off the power at the isolating switch, have they? I also assumed that you have not wired the optional 'purge' function - if you had, then by switching it into '100% purge mode', the unit ought to operate continuously.

Kind Regards, John.

Thanks John, those are the correct instructions. Think I will have to put a call in tomorrow. With it being in the loft no one would be near it to switch off although I did double check the isolator switch and it is on. Must be a fault with the unit.
Thanks
