That's the amount Saudi Arabia has spent so far building mosques around the world and promoting their hard line version of Islam. They follow the version called Wahhabism which is one of the stricter interpretations of their holy writings. And this from a Country who will allow NO other forms of religious worship. They won't even allow non muslims to visit their two holiest cities Mecca and Medina.

Non-Muslims who pray with others in Saudi Arabia engage in an illicit activity that could get them busted, as though they had participated in a drug party.

The Saudis have been arrogantly indiscreet about spending to promote Wahhabism. For example, a 2005 Freedom House report reviewed some of the extremist literature provided to the public by Saudi-funded institutions and concluded that it poses "a grave threat to non-Muslims and to the Muslim community itself."

No one is allowed to refer negatively in any way to those who are different physically, sexually, racially. But he can use what he perceives as other peoples low intellect as a weapon to ridicule and discredit them when it suits him.
Well excuse me, but I would have thought that the forum champion of human rights would be of the view that people of low intellect are more vulnerable and deserve protection more than most members of society, and should not be subject to ridicule and dismissal on the basis of what they were born with between their ears.

Yes, you're right, when some suffer from such self-delusional denial attitudes, then spread their malicious and dangerous gospel of racial hatred and violence, they need some sort of help. But first we have to convince them of their own need for help and point out to them that their messages of racial and homophobic hatred are dangerous and divisive. We can do that by repeatedly demonstrating that their processing of information is so selective that they are reinforcing their bigotry.
