I've just bought one of these:
https://www.toolstation.com/sterling-wall-shed-anchor/p64819
It came with two countersunk M6 rawlbolts. I can't find any longer bolts (they have to be countersunk, I think, because of the way the cover plate works).
Any ideas how to make it as un-pulloutable as possible please?
It'll be going into good brickwork. It think they might actually be class B engineering, given how hard they are. And it's not just me that thinks that, every tradesmen that works on my house complains about it.
I've got an SDS drill, but also a very powerful Hitachi non-SDS that I bought for the one time I did any core drilling (which I'm never ever ever going to do again!).
Presumably a smooth carefully drilled hole is better than the SDS nuclear way?
Obviously holes as accurate and straight as possible.
Clean the hole out very carefully
Then resin? What sort?
All suggestions gratefully accepted.
Thanks.
