    Sorry for being unclear. My thought process on this was that £800 seems a lot of money, when it appears you can purchase a prefectly respectable door from B&Q for about £250. So then, if i bought the door for £250 and paid 'x' amount for fitting, how much could i potentially save? See...

    Erm, £10 in the post...i think not! I have a friend who's in the trade who runs his own kitchen fitting business. He's done doors and used to specialise in windows. Thing is he lives about 180 miles away. 'Hi, fancy a weekend down my way?' "Yeah ok." 'Great! Bring your toolbox!' :D
