Hello. A block of flats was recently built close to my property. Telephone wires have been run across my garden to the said block. How do they do this without access onto my property ?. No permission was asked for access. Cheers.

I have used turf cutters a few times. They are aesy to operate. Not on hard ground maybe. When I have done work like this, I remove the turf then rotovate and level. Or add any contours you may want. Then top up with topsoil if necessary. .Spend some time doing this using a rake and spasle.

First thing i would do is fit a good extractor fan. Do you have one ?

Its about 4x sand to 1x cement depending on how you want it. You could also add 1x lime.

One thing you shouldnt be doing is replacing overheating/melting transformers. Stop using the circuit until you find the reason it is failing.
