A block of flats was recently built close to my property.
Telephone wires have been run across my garden to the said block.
How do they do this without access onto my property ?.
No permission was asked for access.

I have used turf cutters a few times. They are aesy to operate.
Not on hard ground maybe.
When I have done work like this, I remove the turf then rotovate and level. Or add any contours you may want. Then top up with topsoil if necessary. .Spend some time doing this using a rake and spasle.
I honestly dont think he is a *****. I have a pretty good understanding of how things are done, harcore at certain depth and whacked down etc. But this isnt what I want I just want something to cover a lightly used area with a surface that wont let weeds through. This is only temporary really...

Yes I think thats what he meant. Nothings been agreed as to exactly whats getting put down as yet. There is a lot of clearing to do first.
Based on what I already understand and the good advice I have been given here. I think I'll just get him to do the clearing. :wink:
