tested out all bits all tested ok. checked components on control module they all seemed to check out ok. So easy way.. throw on scrap heap and bought another one thanks for all the help offered

drain pump runs on bench....circ pump runs on bench 1 without cap it buzzes needs a push start and away it goes.. 2 with cap in circuit and 240 across the 2 terminals in plastic plug in wiring harness no run changed cap same result .... heater heats up on bench put back...
both pumps removed and checked and run on bench... heater removed and checked on bench. pressure switch and solenoid checked all in order. any data or info on checking out control module.
small amount of water on floor under l/h side front no more than an egg cup full when working... loads of white hard powder on door seal now cleaned off.. no sign of any water spraying out anyway.
looking under at pumps and stuff everything looks pristine all wireing looks clean and tidy...

done that and removed water..... cleaned door seal swiched machine on. no lights... machine went through procedure water filled up then waited and waited.
... opened door and found water cold. removed water by hand checked out heater this seemed ok reading of 25 ohms...
the fibres in lime plaster is horse hair and wouldnt be a health hazard but as denso 13 states you must be aware of updates to plaster and sure it is of that date.

sorry to cause so much bother with my op thanks to the first two engineers have now located and fitted the valve and sensor.
for the imformation of the others. I use this valve to control the hot water temp in a calorifier heated by engine cooling water on a narrowboat.
