no blockage in the pump or waste pipe is the pump 240 volt

the washer went half way through its cycle but did not drain or spin, so i was told to check the motor and brushes out so i thought this is the start point.

hi put new brushes in motor cleaned the com up,but machine just does nothing any ideas anybody cheers.

hi my wife as noticed when the washing machine has finnished there is small holes appearing in the clothes and the pattern of the holes is the same has the holes in the drum. has if it is sucking any body any ideas, it is a candy 1400 spin about 3 years old. cheers

yes it is built in on the consumer unit, so i will change the ceiling switch to a 45 amp one. and the 32 amp mcb which is in the circuit now is ok or does this need to be uprated.

no its just runs up the wall and along the joist and in to the switch

the cable is under floor boards to a cupboard then up a plastered wall in the attic to the switch then drops back down the wall and into the shower,is this clear.

hi just had a new shower 8.5 kw the one i have now is a7.5 kw i know i will have to up rate the switch to a 45 amp and the trip 40 amp but could it be possible to get away from uprating the wire it is 6mm at present the run from consumer unit to switch is about 20 foot and about 7 foot to shower...

hi when i try to start my gas boiler using my programmer, it has a button on it so the boiler stays on for 1 hour, but when i press it the boiler is not coming on, the red indicator on the programmer is on to say that its come on, but when i turn the stat up on boiler it comes on then goes off...

whats the mixture for rendering

i built a shed out of the light weight breeze blocks and painted it with a good paint but the problem i have got is when it rains it sucks the water threw the blocks leaving it wet inside is there anything else i can do to stop this cheers

yes i am, im just asking the question so i know in advance what i can have and cannot have so i can work out a ballpark figure on what it will cost.
