    yes have quotation that states work includes connection to mains sewer - think there can be no dispute as to what was agreed- actually i said 'cowboys' in haste- they were meant to be reputable company- have website etc and real phone numbers/address - its just since we connacted them with issue...

    Building inspector was on site to view velux window that was installed in ensuite - according to the wife he took quick look at what the bodgers were doing ref the waste pipe and said since they were going into an exsiting chamber it didnt bother him... of course turns out they never connected...

    this is the pipe run from the soil pipe end to a 'hole in the ground' the green marker shows where the pipe ends which is about 2ft from the chamber...almost comical incompetence - any advise on how we get our money back off them and get it done properly??? Any advise would be welcome...

    Just done some digging - looks like the*****! have connected their soil pipe to a drainage pipe that has been blocked off in the past - fantastic!! think ive hired some cowboys... guess its now my problem..
