is there a dual open spanner for the locking nut and flexit hose connector for cistern fill valve, space for access is very tight, tried an adjustable its to long, what id like ideally is a thin dual open spanner that will fit either nut, i was going to diy box spanners with a grind out.

i lost the screws that hold down the plastic part that sits on top of the starter, its the part with the two holes, one for the petrol tank lid and where the starter cable comes out, its purely cosmetic to make the mower look better and covers the metal parts i assume, not sure what size screws...
