just wondering what u other chaps do. if i go an do an cp12 and discover that transco need to come for handle, or regulator but tenant cant wait i usually make a note on the cp12 that tenant advised to call transco to fix regulator. am i covered here?

also the exhaust pipe went under floor boards to outside which was another Ar . not visible , inoperative, no m.i. or data badge so assume vent required another Ar.pls read post before jumping to conclusions which seems to the norm here. thanks to 45yearsgas for constructive reply!

bought a kane 250 fga. does anyone know how to display the co/co2 ratio, only shows ppm and co2 at the mo. thought id ask rather then spend a quid a minute phoning kane up.thanks

alot of bad experiencs with landlords? i do a fair bit but have stopped doing open flued boilers and fires. too much hassle. stick to room sealed and havent had too many ar. id situations , usual , undersized below 14mb, flue near window etc. i sleep better a night since dropping open flued...
