just wondering what u other chaps do. if i go an do an cp12 and discover that transco need to come for handle, or regulator but tenant cant wait i usually make a note on the cp12 that tenant advised to call transco to fix regulator. am i covered here?

alot of new builds seem to have this set up. condensate going into santuary waste pipe. ive AR this. maybe i was over zealous. condensate trap in boiler full but i would have thought the entry point should be sealed?
