thank you! i would say it moves just under half a cm biut if its not supposed to move at all then it broken. :( i dont think i can do bearings can i? do i just use it till it gives up the ghost and then replace.

if the bearigs have gone it says there should be play when lifting the inner drum it moves less then a cm but does move, is this too much?

the model is indesit WIXE167 the top weight seems fine but the front weight i just noticed has a hairline crack in it? its still secure and doesnt move at all. and the drum is stable on ful psin, could this be making the inside and outside drum knock togather? its really loud now naging...

ok here goes. the past few days as soon as my machine gets up to 1600 spin it makes a very very loud popping noise over and over again!! so far i have checked: that its not hitting anything inside ive tipped it on its side and taked of the two pipes to see if anything in them tipped...

ooo now im confused i looke don the help and it saud when its right angle to the pipe its off? so now i dont know which way to turn it before i atempt to take the filling loop off i dont want loads of water everywhere? is there another knob possibly inside the biler cover that i need to turn...

i now realise its called a filling loop lol but still help! i know my boiler is old were saving for a newone but wont have anough for another 6 months!

thanks well i might have convinced my brother to drive 100 miles to fit me a new boiler hesa plumber and electritian. says he can get one for 3-400 pounds is that good? wish he didnt live so far will prob change his mind on sat lol

hello me again on my bath i have a shower mixer tap the kind that looks like a shower telephone well when im running a bth its find but when i turn the nob to shower half the water comes out the shower and half come out the tap, is it a washer thats broken or do i need a new telephone tap...

i just moved into my new home the previous owner had new windows put it, the window in my bedroom has what looks like messy cement round it, do i have to skim the whole wall or could i just do round the window not plastered before either :S

my neighbour are fab so iw ill ask them thank you everyone im off to a different forum, need some plastering advice will knock on the neighbours tomorrow and annoy them all till i find a boiler man :D
