Thanks for your reply Yardie, The Element is under the floor of the Oven but it can't be seen from the storage compartment under the oven. I can access the connections at the rear but can't see how to pull the element out. Thanks again Ian

 The machine was working OK but the Motor Brushes were on the way out, so have just replaced them. However it now makes a screechy sound when the drum is spinning, the faster the spin the faster the noise.. Is this due to dodgy brushes ? would appreciate any advice. Thanks ian

Thanks very much for your advice, it sounds good to me. Just one more thing, I read somewhere that the system would need Zone Valves to bring it up to date, I assume that means a Diverter Valve to separate the Ground Floor from the 1st Floor circuits. Is this necessary? Thanks again
