Hi, I'm running out of space and there is a little one on the way. It would be ideal to convert our pretty big loft space in to a spare room. Only used 10 times a year or so. Some of our neighbours have done this but with a proper stair case and this involves about £10-£12k of extra work...

Hi chaps, Once again I find my self here asking for your expert knowledge :) I am replacing the sink tap and thought it would be a fairly easy task and hopefully a like for like swap but unfortunately not! The two pipes that feed the taps at the last stage have a different sized thread...

You are spot on m8, I did what you said and the diaphragm was split. Is there any chance B+Q might have this part?

Hi Chaps, My toilet takes about 20 minutes to fill up, I've taken the top off and had a look but can't work it out, the water comes out a hole that is so small you can hardly see it when you remove that part so the water comes out with a loud hiss. How does this work?

Ok thanks chaps I was searching the net after I posted and like you have suggested every one says the thermocouple is at fault so I have ordered one that will be here Monday/Tuesday. So the thermocouple is not a DIY? You rekon £50-£70? Got the part from here btw...
