    lol....one of my favourite tricks i'm sorry to say i work in IT so if i walk around my workplace & spot an unattended PC with the screen unlocked i'll do this every time. we deal with sensitive data & staff have all been instructed never to leave their desk without locking the screen...

    similar to wms's idea, you could probably get away with 2 x roman blinds. bit of a pain to make from scratch (well, according to my missus they are anyway :wink: ) but both ikea and B&Q both sell cheap ones that can be altered to suit your size requirements easily enough

    garage is breeze blocks with outer skin of render & slate pitched roof (its probably better quality build than my kitchen!) the building of this garage fell within allowed limits for not notifying, so we've not notified them of anything regarding this building i've not done any notifiable...

    whilst i will admit i'd find that a little scary to do, i'd be willing to do it. the truth of it is, mrs johnnybalance has put her foot down & said we'll be getting a qualified sparky in...so that was the end of that discussion :lol:
