i have a transit connect and for the last 2 weeks have had trouble starting it. when im turning it over im just getting a click sound ,sometimes it would start 1st time sometimes it would take several atempts then it wouldnt start at all except with a push start .bought a brand new starter motor...

pump is inside boiler casing so would presume its in a recomended location dhw cylinder is smack bang next to boiler ,wether this would make any difference i dont know . would pumping over cause the water to go back up the feed pipe [ i thought it was when it went through vent which isnt...

mother in laws rads are playing up 2 sometimes work upstairs two sometimes downstairs pump seems to be working drained system refilled adding sludge remover left for 10 days drained flushed refilled adding inhibitor .two strange things happened after venting of rads i run boiler for 10 minutes...

dont mean to make more work for you but in my experience[not a lot]when you do things by half you invariable have to go bake and do it again properly

wouldnt say its the answer to your problem but dont think its gonna help in the long run would be worth takin 22mm back to storage sytem including the tank connector

are my eyes decieving me or is that a reducing straight connector at the top

did you check hot water [boiler] was working correctly before you started working on the system

check motorized valves

i take it uve checked room stat is turned up ,room stat could also be stuck in [faulty ] telling boiler rads are already hot .little metal lever on motorized valve allows u to open manually

did u get a benchmark certificate :?:
