Vaillant Boiler

I have Vaillant Boiler T120, which was already installed in the house when I purchased it. I do not have a manual of instructions as the previous owner had none to leave me. I have domestic hot water but no central heating, all radiators are cold although the system was working up until Saturday 1 March. Can anyone advise me on how to check operation of motorised valve.

did u get a benchmark certificate

i take it uve checked room stat is turned up ,room stat could also be stuck in [faulty ] telling boiler rads are already hot .little metal lever on motorized valve allows u to open manually
