Vaillant condenser combi boiler

Got a vaillant ecoTEc plus boiler. have replaced a new diverter valve because the previous one was leaking. When turning hot water on the radiators get hot and the hot water tap is struggling to get hot. It seems as though the port for the central heating is open all the time.
Any advise would be much aprreciated.

The pcb maybe knackered. Had a couple where a leaking DV caused the pcb to fail. But check your Dv again, make sure the motor is located on the pin properly.

Yep, Check that the motor is correctly located on the valve body..

err? which boiler do you have as it sounds like you have an external diverter yet you say its a combi? please verify the boiler model.

Thanks. the motor was already installed as part of the complete DV assembly valve. But will check any. Do suspect main PCB and any idea for the price of a new board please. Thanks for the response.
