    Hiya CB Socket outlets used to be mounted/fixed into skirting board but these days it's not permitted, it can strain the flex to the plug having it so close to the floor & if it doesn’t have a proper metal backbox then it could pose a fire hazard, on new builds it also wouldn’t comply with...

    FAO Jim Franklin r.e. CPC sizes, 10mm T+E has a 4mm CPC, 6mm T+E has a 2.5mm CPC, perhaps they have changed it as I thought it was one size down too :shock:

    To be honest I just laugh at all of this, If you want to be able to get registered under trade bodies then they want to see GS 38 Approved test equipment, not a neon screwdriver. Now I personally couldn’t care less who uses what, although it's blatantly obvious the major users of neon...
