hi boxbasher sorry I should have said;- pressure ok on all other hot taps, including bathroom sink. the offending tap is really loose to turn from closed and the reduced flow only starts after 2 or 3 turns!

I have had an on going problem for over a year now. basically during the summer months when CH off there was plenty of hot water. Now we have switched CH on all the same problems as last winter have re-ocurred. to start we could only get third of a bath of hot water. radiators not very hot...
