I am connecting a transformer with twin mains cable, and I need to join via a junction box to twin and earth from wall switch- what do you do with the spare earth?

If your using a junction box the earth should be sleeved with PVC green and Yellow sleeving and terminated in a spare terminal as above. if using choc box, again sleeved and terminate in a spare in connection block.
So in a spare and sleeved do not snip off, as it may be needed one day and helps in continuity and Zs testing.
