Hello My ceiling has wooden panels on the ceiling, painted white. I'm having a new kitchen put in and would like to paint this over the weekend so it's nice and new. I'm not sure what type of paint is on the wood. Can I just paint over it? If so, what type of paint should I use? Many thanks!
