Thanks Bernard. I can gain access via a ground floor bedroom using keys for the shutter and then French window,The electrics are amazing,there is even a socket under the bathroom sink and another one 2 feet above the wc.

I have read on this forum that wooden flooring should be installed "with the light" Why is this? I am having a wooden floor layed later this week, but the room is long and narrow with all the windows on the long side. Will that cause problems and look odd? Many thanks
