I truly admire your input and your sharing it, Repairman. Did the 2 shorted of 5 n-channel mosfet IRF830's fix your problem??
I am totally p****d with EBM Papst since they will not help me or give me information on the PWM interface to the board. In my case there is a thermal problem with the board. It fails to start the motor if the board temperature is a little cool. Raise it a few degrees above room temperature and it runs perfectly. The assholes will not help me or give me a schematic. They want me to spend $500 on a new blower module for my boiler.
