Hi all, I'm in the middle of removing my bedroom carpet - underneath are bare boards in a very good condition (hurrah!) I want to paint/stain them a warmish pine colour I think ... but I also want quite a shine/sheen on them - any good products people can recommend please? What brushes etc...

Um... I think so, Basically he tried to fix them together with those little silver connecter things (the ones with a screw that you tighten that tightens the ring), but it still leaked, so he used some sort of glue/solvent sort of thing as well, and that did the job...
