Hi, A few months ago we had double glazed windows and a door with side panel & frame fitted. During the installation there were various problems with the fitting of the windows. We got through this and the company corrected their work. However the front door still has problems with its fitting, it makes a terrible noise on opening and closing, also the draught excluder stops the door from closing smoothly. You have to really tug it past the draft excluder. The company workers have been out several times now but said they cannot adjust it more as it starts to not fit somewhere else. We had an agreed small amount held back until completion but they say they are finished. They are now threatening legal action. We would like to take action against them to imburse us to replace this door and frame completely. It is alright taking photos or recording sounds from the door but how do we prove it is fitted incorrectly, any advice please. Had experience with Fensa some years before at a previous home so know they would not be my first port of call.
