Hi, display screen showing "-" and burner light on. The manual does not recognise this as a fault indication. CH and hot water seems to be working ok but CH overheating (pressure going above 3 bar) and losing water from expansion pipe. Any ideas anyone. Many Thanks

the meaurement to the wall is about 12 inches. The wall is only bout 6 foot high

Sorry meant to say that the wall is just a boundary wall but is fixed to the rear of my living room but is within 24inches of the flue.

Thank you guys, changed the diverter valve and its cured the prob. The old valve (only 2 years old) had a bit of gunge in it and was sticking but reckon it is servicable as a spare.
