    This is bizarre!! This is a combi boiler. Plenty hot water at kitchen which is 3 feet from boiler. In the bathroom which is about 12 feet away there is little pressure on mixer shower when asking for hot water and just a trickle from the hot tap. When i turn mixer to cold i get cold water...

    cool...thanks 8) I will be installing a vaillant ecotec 618 boiler as well, there is 12 rads in the house will this be sufficient? Basically make it a sealed system from the boiler and gravity on the cylinder feed? Does the pump have a problem with toilets?

    could you advice a cylinder? should i increase the size? not sure how i could run separate supplies to the toilets and pump the rest as they will be on the same supply pipe? do you mean keep the main at the kitchen sink? Thanks Pal

    Would you always see water if there was a leak? or is there a chance of air beings released from pipes or rads. I noticed water is quite black and some corroding at radiators but no signs of water?
