Hi there, when we flush the toilet a small amount of water is dripping from the left bolt, i understand i need to replace with a tank to bowl gasket kit ? but not sure which i need as the ones ive been looking at dont seem to look like this one with the plastic bit above the wing nut, any ideas...

there is a timer, but i have it left permanently on as opposed to coming on at set times, perhaps it might be worth programming it in instead to see if that makes a difference ?

all the pipes get super hot, but the rads do not, and the pump does not circulate the heat not until i have turned the 80c stat down (the only rad that does get superhot is the heatleak one)

Hi, none of those as we only have a multi fuel stove which has a back boiler and we currently have a hot water cylinder for back up which is controlled by electric? does this sound correct ? They think the water cylinder would need replacing as its very old. and the radiators need replacing...

thanks everyone, by what you have all said, i would definatley say its 1 brick thick at the very least, so would have thought that this should be okay then really for the mortgage people, and not really causing the bungalow to have no value ! lol
