    Chopping in should be fine, as long as its breeze and normal thickness it shouldn't matter the box should fit flush with the wall finish. Boxes are only 25mm deep and if done carefully will not damage the other side of the wall.

    best thing to do is wire a length of 1mm2 twin and earth from the switch wire of the light obviously connecting the neutral and the earth, take that into a switch fused spur and then come out of the switch fused spur to the fan, make sure you put a 3A fuse in the spur, your lights should be...

    looks like an 8mm bolt head, a socket set with a ratchet and 8mm socket should be enough torque to crank these off, be careful not to snap the bolt head though mate.

    Usually if you have an accenta key pad there will be a P(program button) press that and type in the engineers code and then it will go into engineer mode, remove the PIR put and put it back together then press the x (cancel) button and it should be ok, repeat the procedure when screwing it back...

    As EFL has suggested it is a spur and cannot be spurred off , however it can be turned into a radial circuit by connecting it to a 20A breaker, this maybe foreign language to you, if it is I suggest calling a sparky before you end up heating your home using overloaded cable ;)
