Some parts of the walls foundations are visible, what would anyone recommend be a safe distance to build the garage from this, without having to underpin etc?

Hi there, new loft conversion with en-suite at party wall, the nearest svp is 4.2m away diagonal distance, therefore requiring 2 bends, is it possible to connect toilet to this with regards to fall/length, i cant go straight out to external wall and branch off as there is a rwp between them, thanks
