I have the constant sound of running water from the pipes in my house,it's the same as when a toilet cistern has not shut off,my water pressure is fine and both my toilets inside and outside are flushing fine,i think it may be one of my neighbours,any ideas?

I replaced the float valve in my Central Heating expansion tank a couple of weeks ago. I would say the water level is about half way up the tank. I have been reading this forum off and on ever since and am becoming more and more paranoid that the level of water may not be correct and i'm going...

Bought one fitted it,thanks for the help,if it hadn't been for this msg board i would of ended up paying an electrician an arm and a leg to fit me a new one. :D

Thanks one and all,it's obvious i need to have a new progammer fitted. I have no intention of fitting it myself,what i am asking is if i get a professional to fit it,do i need a simaler type or will any type do? I have had the front panel off and there is a hell of a lot of wires in there.

I had a central heating system fitted in around 1990,the timer is a Potterton EP2001.The touch pad on the central heating side of the timer no longer works.I guess after the amount of time i have had the system it has probably come to the end of its working life. This model is no longer...
