    Help fixing leaking tap

Hi all, I have a dripping tap which I’m wanting to replace the washer on. I’m struggling to get the tap apart and wondering if anyone else has had issues with taps of this type before. I removed the cap and what I believe to be the grub screw but the tap head will not seemingly come off...

Thanks very much for the advice. Would this have to be carried out at the time of installation or can it be done once I see what speed my connection gets post broadband activation?

    Broadband Telephone Line Issues

Thanks for getting back to me. The only wiring is as follows. The main box is right by the front door but that is unuseable due to there being no plug socket next to it. The phone/sky are setup as per the image attached. Hope this helps.

    Boiler not firing up

Sorry about that, I believe the boiler is a Grundfos UPS15-50x18 Switchmaster Although I also have an Elson Diamond, though I believe this to be the hot water tank. Where would I find the control valves, sorry. I'm an utter novice, it's the first time I've had boiler problems...

Hi, I have a Sunvic Select 207XL. The pilot light is on, however when trying to turn the hot water and radiators on it does not fire up. I'm a complete novice when it comes to boilers. If you have any ideas then it would be much appreciated.
