Boiler not firing up

Hi,

I have a Sunvic Select 207XL.

The pilot light is on, however when trying to turn the hot water and radiators on it does not fire up.

I'm a complete novice when it comes to boilers.

If you have any ideas then it would be much appreciated.

What is the make and model of the boiler?

You have just given us the timer....

What control valves do you have?

I believe the boiler is a

Grundfos UPS15-50x18 Switchmaster

Although I also have an Elson Diamond, though I believe this to be the hot water tank.

Where would I find the control valves, sorry. I'm an utter novice, it's the first time I've had boiler problems.
