Could possibly be micro switch on pcb

the smell is in the room where the aav is no other wastes nearby, funnily enough i havent smelt it for a few days

I have a durgo valve fitted to the the top of the stack in the loft, this valve is not spring loaded works under its own weight, but every now and then in the night i can smell sewer gas not all the time, how would this valve become faulty! :|

Can anybody tell me if the non-return valves in the pump housings of this boiler are servicable, i think i have htg valve stuck in open position as htg flow gets hot when htw demand and htg off

Thanks first time working on one of these and the two pumps and no divertor had me stuck for an answer

When hot water demand on and no htg, flow pipe getting hot and water delivery to upstairs taps luke warm, as there is no divertor valve what is letting by?? :?

pump runs but only on hot water demand

there is no room stat and boiler does not fire up from cold for central heating heating light goes green for few seconds then goes constant red

red light lit under central heating mode but no heating

no manual for s24 and limited fault finding as newly qualified

nothing boiler runs burner on giving hot water cant find any external heat controls but red light for heating no flow and return hot for heating

I have s24 compact running for hot water but no central heating red light on front of boiler for heating has any one got contact for heat line support as cant find on net, or suggestions as to where the fault may lie
