Hey All,

I have a Vaillant main CH system running control via eBus at 24v - my builder has provided a 240v control UFH system, and I can't think of a way to connect this into the main CH system.

Do I have any options to make this work apart from returning the 240v UFH controls and getting 24v instead?

Do most UFH controls work at 24v and I have just been unlucky in what has been specced for the job?

thanks

Need more information - you say 240vac ufh system, make and model? Is it via a motorised valve?

Thanks Chris

It's a Roth Basicline 230v with the following:
- Roth actuator 230V N/C part no. 7466275433
- Roth Basicline T digital thermostat part no. 135007436
- Roth connection mod AM10 Basicline 230V part no. 1135007709
- Roth shunt 3 way part no. 7466210218

I'd like to connect the above into a Vaillant VR71 using the external demand inputs S6/7/8, but they are low voltage 24v and the Roth AM10 uses a 230v boiler output

I've spoken to both Vaillant and Roth to confirm this.
Roth do a Basicline 24v range (connection module, actuator, tstat) but the digital thermostat only comes in 230v so I would lose any scheduling this provides and the dial tstat would only work on heat alone rather than time also.

Hopefully that helps?
