3 150W lights 2 on PIR

I have 3 150W PIR operated external lights, from the switch feed the first 2 always light up, these 2 have time and light setting adjusters, following on from these ia another PIR operated external light without settings.

It is this lamp that is not turning on, when I installed it it did but has now stopped!

Any suggestions anyone. I have checked the connections and they are correct
