according to doc h the branch pipe must be a minimum of equal to the trap size of the wc which are 4" so how can you connect this to 3" ?

You can buy pan connectors for the job, look to buy a wc pan with an 80mm outlet if your concerned.

As I said ask your building inspector, call in to the office if necessary.

They will say 4" only, as they always try to cover themselves.

connecting from 4" to 3"would therefore not be allowed and would contrvene the rules in doc H as the trap and branch need to be the same size.
