Accenta G 3 alarm reset issues

I have the above alarm and have it serviced periodically by a local firm.
It works fine.
Every year or so it emits a loud 'bleep and this happens every 5 mins or so.
The alarm man has set this to happen as a service reminder.
It drives us both potty.
He informs me the system is set to go like this after about 1000 uses.
Ive tried to get him to fix it and remove this reminder.
He has just told me to cancel all zones and the noise stops, which it does, but the alarm is not then operative and we feel nervous about leaving the house empty.


Please can you tell me how to cancel the service reminder beep.
He has a code but will not disclose it and will only do this if he comes out on a 'service call'.

It's in engineer program ... First thing find out if you own the equipment if so tell them you are going to cancel any future service contracts with them,unless they remove the service counter...
